What can I expect at a Coaching session?
In a Coaching session with me you can expect to :
• Discuss your current life.
• Explore where you want to be in the different areas of your life.
• Discover or clarify your goals, wants and needs.
• BE HEARD.
• Gain insight into patterns of behaviour or thinking that no longer serve you.
• See other viewpoints and pathways available to you.
• Gain awareness of choice.
• Be supported, inspired and motivated.
• Leave with actions that will take you closer to achieving your goals and dreams.
What is Coaching?
Coaching is what you need it to be. I am here to listen clearly to you, help you see thing's in your blindspots, be a support for you and be the understanding you have been waiting for. Coaching can be so many things or just one thing that you really need. Every person's want and needs are different but the one thing that is always the same in Coaching is that it is a partnership between me and the client. This is your space to say what you want and need, and be heard. Then together we make look forward and make a plan.
What is Mental Wellbeing Coaching?
Mental Wellbeing coaching is similar to life coaching in that we look at all areas of your life, but the focus is on you, how you feel in your life and in yourself. The longest relationship you have in this life is with yourself. Make the body you live in a happy space by creating a close and positive relationship with yourself
How do I know you are the right Coach for me?
I offer a complementary "chemistry" call to see if I am for you and if Coaching is right for you. If I am not right for you, or Coaching is not right for you I will try and make alternative suggestion of who or what may suit you better. You came to me for a reason and I don't want your pro activity to be wasted.
If I know you, can you still Coach me?
If we are in a long term close relationship then No. If we know each other in a more casual sense then it's quite possible we can work together. Either way get in touch with me because if I am not right for you I can recommend other Coaches.
How many Coaching sessions will I need?
For some people 1 session is enough to get the clarity and focus they need to move forward themselves. Most people choose 4 sessions so they can gain the clarity, focus and insight they need and then move forward with support, motivation and guidance. For those who like more support, have more than one goal or plan to change their life then 6+ sessions would be for you.
If you are unsure get in touch. If we start with one session and you realise you need a block package I will take the single session fee off the block price so you don't miss out on any savings.
Can you come to my house Coach me?
Yes this is possible but there may be additional travel charges. Get in touch to discuss.
If Wellness is not my focus should I still contact you?
Yes. Essentially you choose the focus of our session's. It can be Life Coaching, Career Coaching, Goal Achievement Coaching, Business Brainstorm Coaching, the list goes on. I am a Coach who's passion is people, their needs and their wants. Whatever your goal or topic of interest is, if it is a passion, need or want then I am the Coach for you. My personal passion is Wellbeing and Self Relationship but I worked in the corporate world for 20 years so have many areas of expertise. Get in touch and we can decide together if I am the right Coach for you.

Where do you Coach?
Coaching is usually done via Zoom Video call. Face to face is possible n the Dublin and Wicklow area.
What is the different between Counselling and Coaching?
Although I have a certificate in Counselling Skills I am not a Counselor and Coaching is not Counselling.
Coaching is a Partnership, so conversation flows in both directions. We work as a team in getting you to where you want to be. Coaching is forward focused and proactive. It is not a talking therapy it is about insight, clarity and action. In saying that I am an Empath and have a deep understanding of the difficulties life throws at us. I have been on my own journey in life and am happy to share when it is welcomed, appropriate and helpful.
What about Confidentiality?
Confidentiality is as important to me as it is to you. Coaching needs to be a safe relationship for both of is as I often share, where helpful, information about my life and journey. Trust and openness works both ways in this partnership.
